When someone describes their style as “feminine” there is a chance you think of their closet being filled with lots of pink, dresses and lace. I would tend to agree with you, but lace doesn’t always have to mean girly. I love pairing lace with more “borrowed from the boys” pieces for an unexpected look.
This lace top by Chicwish is not your grandma’s lace! It’s modern and fresh so I wanted to balance that with a more masculine touch. This military green utility jacket is one of my favorite spring pieces because it is light weight and pairs well with my more feminine pieces.
I live in my boyfriend jeans during the spring. They are loose and relaxed and give a more casual vibe which is perfect for my weekend errands.
I kept my accessories neutral (as I usually tend to do) to let the feature be the lace top against the military green.
Chicwish is a great online boutique that I came across a little over a year ago and I always check back with them when I am looking for something new. I have accrued a few pieces from them and have been very impressed with the quality, especially for the price point (seriously, check out their site!).
