First Aid Beauty

Hi Everyone!

Today I want to talk about skin care. I have always envied people with flawless skin. Sadly, it has never been a reality for me. Over the years I have tried a full spectrum of products. Almost a year ago I stumbled upon First Aid Beauty and my skin hasn’t been the same since.

When I say I’m obsessed, I really mean it! I have never found a skincare line that I have truly loved every product I try. Whenever I try a new product or a new brand I always appreciate sampler kits. I think you get a much better idea of how the products work when you get multiple products that are meant to work together, rather than just a sample of one. I started with the FAB To The Rescue Sampler Kit and was instantly hooked!

I have very oily skin, but I never really considered my skin to be sensitive until recently. That’s what makes FAB a perfect skin care line for me. It’s tough on acne and cleans deep but is still gentle on my skin.

While I am still always sampling new FAB products I have found that the products I am using now are really working for me. I like to keep my morning routine quick and simple, since there is always a chance that I am running a little behind. I use the FAB Face Cleanser to rinse off the oils from the night before, followed by the 5 in 1 Face Cream. This cream really evens out my skin tone and doesn’t leave my skin feeling oily or greasy. I can easily top this off with my primer and start my makeup routine.

My night time routine has a few more steps and, for me, is the most important part of taking care of my skin! I know you have heard it a million times but the worst thing you can do is go to bed at the end of a long day without washing your face! I don’t care how tired I am, I always make time to wash off the day.

The Milk Oil Conditioning Cleanser is my first step and essential for taking off my eye makeup. This product is amazing! You don’t need water (which I love when I travel) and it conditions your eyebrows and lashes. I put a few pumps on my fingers and gently massage onto my eyes to remove my makeup and then rinse with water. I follow this with the face cleanser to remove all excess dirt.

The Ultra Repair Hydra-Firming Sleeping Cream is my favorite overnight cream. It’s light weight and settles into my skin quickly and is so moisturizing! Most importantly, I do not have excess oil in the morning after leaving a thick cream on over-night. I finish with Ultra Repair Lip Therapy and crawl into bed.

My most recent purchase, was the Ultra Repair Gentle Cleaning Bar. My skin on my back and arms can get irritated easily, so I was excited to find a body bar that would be gentle but still effective. I have only been using this for a month or so but I can already see and feel a difference in my skin. Immediately after showering, I lather on the Ultra Repair Lotion. This helps keep my skin from getting dry and itchy throughout the day.

First Aid Beauty

There are many other First Aid Beauty products I use that I will probably touch on in future posts, but these are my tried and true. If you have been contemplating trying FAB or just looking to update your skin care routine, I highly recommend First Aid Beauty.

Hope you all are having a great week! xo Bryn
